Warranty
Any idesign Kitchen Studio products that are found to be defective under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation of the original purchaser, will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
This warranty does not cover damages which result from: neglect, accidental or intentional damage, normal wear and tear, repairs or alterations not authorized by idesign Kitchen Studio, exposure to extreme temperature and/or humidity, flood, fire, "acts of God", or any other cause beyond human control, use for purposes other than that for which the product was manufactured.
This warranty is with the original purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner or owners.
The manufacturer's liability under any of the foresaid warranty is limited to the cost to the manufacturer to rectify defective work or material to a maximum aggregate limit of the retail price to the consumer. The maximum aggregate limit will be reduced by the amount of any payments or cost previously made or incurred by the manufacturer under or in respect of the warranty.
