Our Process
What you can expect from us
Consultation
During our initial consultation we will discuss the space, your wish list and any other pertaining information relating to your project. Our designers will take into consideration how you and your family use the space and utilize that when developing the concept drawings.
This stage will include selecting the type of cabinetry, the countertop material, hardware selections, colours and other specific design elements of your project.
A $800 retainer fee is required if customers would like to keep these drawings before committing to the project. This amount will be removed from the project total once you agree to proceed with us.
Design Quote
Our design team will develop and present their concepts for your project based off the initial consultation. Once a design has been selected, final measurements will be done in the space and adjustments to the layout and cabinetry will be reviewed and updated.
During the final consultation, the customer may bring in their flooring, tiles, or backsplash choices to ensure they work cohesively with the kitchen design. We can also offer suggestions on paint colours to tie everything together.
Project budget will be discussed based on the scope and design selections. When you submit your final approval of the project, a deposit will be required and production will begin.
Build and Installation
When our manufacturing department receives your project, the build will begin immediately. Our team of skilled craftsmen will construct your kitchen, while our design team will continue on their end with booking an installer and setting up the installation date of your project.
Installation of your cabinetry will be done by our team of installers. Depending on your choice of countertop will determine if our team will be able to install during their process, or if a countertop technician will install them at a later date.
Once the cabinets and countertops are completely installed, you will be able to enjoy your new space for years to come!
